The HSE Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive safety and technical training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting training sessions on Health, Safety, and Environment topics, and evaluating participants' performance. The trainer will actively support a collaborative and safe working environment while ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to clients.QualificationsExpertise in Health & Safety practices and regulationsADNOC approvalRelevant certification or experience in NEBOSH and specialized safety protocolsStrong Communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiencesProven competence in Training and Safety Training program deliveryAttention to detail and knowledge of compliance to ensure adherence to regional standardsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferredExperience in the Middle Eastern market or similar regional context is an advantage
