5Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive forms, checklists, and data entry interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Design and implement dynamic form behavior, validations, and conditional workflows.Create reporting frameworks and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.Integrate forms with backend APIs, databases, and reporting systems.Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across applications.Optimize form performance and user experience across browsers and devices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing forms and reporting modules.Prepare technical documentation and user guides.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience in developing dynamic web forms and checklist-based applications.Knowledge of form validation techniques and responsive design principles.Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, or custom reporting frameworks.Understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or jQuery.Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.Exposure to cloud-based applications and reporting platforms.Experience5–7 years of experience in HTML-based application development, forms creation, and reporting solutions.Skills: html,forms,reporting,css3,form,javascript
