Hub Manager

Role purpose: To lead end-to-end hub operations and ensure safe, on-time dispatch, fleet readiness, cost control, vendor service quality, staff discipline and rapid resolution of operational disruptions.Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Transport or Management is preferred.Typically 5-8 years of experience in passenger transport, fleet, logistics, mobility, travel or other 24x7 field operations, including at least 2 years of team supervision.Working knowledge of fleet dispatch, basic vehicle systems, preventive maintenance, vendor billing, petty cash and operational MIS.Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, GPS/telematics platforms and mobile reporting tools.Strong decision-making, people management, negotiation, crisis handling and written/verbal communication skills.Valid driving licence and familiarity with the local geography are preferred.
