Our hubs host a growing community of founders and businesses that are significant economic drivers for the state, and our programs and events reach thousands of Tasmanians every year.We're fortunate to call two iconic Tasmanian buildings home, thanks to the support of the City of Hobart and City of Launceston. In Hobart, you'll find us across Level 4 and Level 5 of the Hobart City Council building, while in Launceston we occupy Macquarie House in Civic Square.Position PurposeThis role is the operational engine of the hub model and carries direct accountability for hub performance across both locations. You'll own the day to day running of both hubs and are responsible for the member experience, office operations, and the financial health of the hub model.This is a single person role managing a multi-hub model. How that’s managed and accomplished is completely up to you. Key ResponsibilitiesHub performance and financial healthHold direct accountability for hub performance, including revenue and EBIT, across both locationsMaintain and act on the hubs dashboard, tracking occupancy, revenue, and arrears in real timeLead planning for hub expansion, including office availability, building considerations, and new space opportunities as they ariseOversee invoicing and bookkeeping across both hub locationsAge receivable management and reconciliationAdminister a three-strike process for member accounts in arrearsMembership and member experienceLead membership tier onboarding and annual member reviewsHub tours, onboarding, offboarding, and admin inductionsDay to day member management and member inquiriesDesign, deploy, and analyse community surveysOwn member experience and day to day office operationsChecking in with the community and being the face of the hubsFielding and resolving member and guest queries on hub related issuesManaging meeting rooms, kitchen, and shared facilitiesSupporting existing community building initiatives within the hubDay to day operationsResponsible for how the little details of both hubs are managed simultaneously, like checking the mailbox, accepting deliveries, and answering the intercomHandle inquiry emails, phone calls, and out of hours bookingsCompile and manage hub supply orders across both locationsManage the operational booking system and process, including auditing and scoping improvements to the current systemPrep spaces for external hire bookings, including facility and technology support for guestsPop-up coworking and teamLead operational execution of pop-up coworking, extending Enterprize's presence into communities across the state each quarterDetermine the best way to staff and support hub operations on a limited budget, including building a strategy for interns and casual supportReporting LineThis role reports directly to the CEO.Who We Are Looking ForEnterprize is looking for fast moving, self-directed operators.
