Hub Operations Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate operational performance across sorting centers, distribution centers, and branches within the Express business.Ensure operational procedures comply with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with relevant departments and operational teams to ensure efficient daily operations and timely issue resolution.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall performance.Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in distribution center management, logistics operations, or a related field.Experience in the express delivery, courier, transportation, or logistics industry is preferred.Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work overtime when necessary and travel to upcountry locations as required.A valid driving license is an advantage.
