Position Title: Human Capital Consultant – Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics (Contract)Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia (Hybrid / Remote)Project Duration: 6–8 weeks (Estimated)Commitment: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical Human Capital Consultant specializing in Total Rewards, grading structures, and workforce data analytics. In this execution-focused role, you will handle the day-to-day data crunches, clean complex headcount payroll files, map roles, and benchmark compensation against the local Saudi and UAE markets to quantify direct manpower cost savings.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Mapping: Consolidate, clean, and map the client’s existing headcount, role profiles, grading structures, and baseline payroll data.Compensation Benchmarking: Compare the group’s internal salary ranges against local market benchmarks to identify over- and under-resourced functions.Financial Modeling: Quantify the immediate and long-term manpower OPEX savings for various recommended restructuring scenarios.Deliverable Construction: Own the quantitative data models, spreadsheet baselines, and assist in building highly professional PowerPoint deliverables for the final proposal and report.Required Qualifications & ExperienceConsulting Background: 3–6 years of experience within a dedicated Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Workforce Analytics consulting practice (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW, Aon, or Big 4).

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel wizardry (financial modeling, data cleaning, workforce sizing metrics) and excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.Data Access/Knowledge: Direct experience working with, or active access to, local Saudi Arabian and GCC compensation surveys and market benchmarks.Industry Knowledge: Direct corporate or consulting experience within Telecom, Retail, or Distribution organizations.
