Role PurposeLead the delivery of Hire-to-Retire transformation projects and workstreams across Human Capital Services, translating the transformation agenda into executable plans and standardised, digitally enabled services across Dubai Holding verticals.2. Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of assigned Hire-to-Retire transformation projects and workstreams.Manage scope, stakeholders, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.Analyse current-state processes and design standardised, automated future-state processes.Gather requirements, support system configuration and manage user acceptance testing.Present HR analytics and reporting.Work with the Change and Communications team to deliver change, communications, training and adoption activities.Coordinate team members, contributors and vendor resources.3. Technical Skills and CompetenciesHR shared services and operating-model knowledge.Programme and project management.Business process design and improvement.HR technology enablement, including HCM, ATS and ServiceNow.Requirements management and user acceptance testing.Data analytics and reporting.Financial and commercial acumen.4.
