ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goalsDrive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage performance management and employee relations mattersAdvise managers on HR practices and disciplinary actionsSupport organizational change and ensure labour law complianceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations and performance managementStrong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
