Human Resource Information System Manager

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the organization's HR systems, technology landscape, and digital HR initiatives.This is a confidential replacement hire offering an excellent opportunity for an HR technology professional to drive system optimization, enhance HR processes, and support the organization's ongoing digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity• Oversee HRIS implementations, system upgrades, testing, and release management• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution• Partner with HR and IT teams to manage system integrations and process enhancements• Support HR operations through effective system configuration, reporting, and data management• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and end-user support• Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and HR system best practicesCandidate Profile:• Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3+ years in a dedicated HRIS role• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support• Experience managing HR processes, HR data, and system integrations• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable• Experience supporting SuccessFactors implementation projects and HR digital transformation initiatives is an advantageThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional to join a leading organization and play a key role in shaping its HR technology strategy and supporting business transformation.If you have the relevant experience—or know someone who would be a great fit—I would be happy to discuss this opportunity in complete confidence.
