Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities1. Contribute to building the organizational structure with the company’s business development strategy, addressing the talent needs arising from business expansion in team; 2. Assist in optimizing internal organizational structures, enhance team cohesion, and provide robust talent supply and succession planning support to business units; 3. Focus on the recruitment, development, and advancement of key talent through talent assessments and development initiatives, including but not limited to identifying, recruiting, deve loping, managing, and retaining personnel in critical roles； 4. Assist in completing other HR-related tasks; 5. Oversee the implementation of HR policies within the department and provide effective feedback and improvements.Requirements1.
