- 4-5 years of recruitment experience in Dubai
- Experience hiring for real estate / property sales roles is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the Dubai recruitment market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
