The organization is committed to transparency, professionalism, and long-term value creation, helping clients build strong portfolios in one of the world’s most attractive investment destinations.Role Description The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation to support a growing real estate team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating interviews, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. The role will also involve developing and updating HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.The Human Resource Manager will collaborate closely with management to design training and development initiatives, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.QualificationsStrong HR generalist skills, including recruitment of top level real estate experienced sales manager, marketing manager, sales agents, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.5 years of progressive experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, preferably aligned with UAE labor regulations.Skills in training, coaching, and employee development to support team capability building and engagement.Proficiency in HR administration, documentation, HRIS or HR software, and maintaining accurate employee records.Candidates should have immediate joiner and live in Dubai, UAE.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.Previous experience in real estate or a fast-paced, client-focused industry is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are beneficial.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
