The role will also be responsible for generating salary-related letters, entering compensation and benefits data into Oracle, administering long-service awards, and supporting Compensation & Benefits reviews and projects.This position reports to Comp and Benefits LeadThis is a permanent position based in DubaiKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant discipline.1+ years of experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits Administration.1–2 years of data analysis experience.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.Candidate must have a UAEpassport& a Familybook.Excellent salary & Benefits offered.Email Cvs to zeena@hirerightt.com
