Human Resources Analyst

To support the Human Resource (HR) department in developing and analyzing workforce related reports to determine KPI attainment and identification of trends. The role will also be responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing key HR reporting processes and programs whilst maintaining high standards of data integrity.Key responsibilities:Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time insights into HR performance metrics.Develop, automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment.Develop and communicate the monthly dashboards and all relevant diagnostic reporting for the functions of HRBP, Employee Relations and Recruitment.Assist the department in interpreting data trends to enhance talent management and performance, improve sourcing strategies and hiring timelines, and develop engagement strategies to boost employee wellbeing and retention.Translate the function and business requirements into reporting deliverables and ensures that proper documentation is created for repeatability and quality.Develop and work towards continuous improvement of predictive analytics for the function to report on HR trends.Conduct academic and best-practice research, compile technical and general-audience overviews of findings and connect conclusions to practical application for the department.Form hypotheses, investigate data, and answer questions; compile reports and proactively develop and manage next steps based on the results.Contribute to advanced modelling projects, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools and predictive models.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in HR or Data Analytics/Business AnalyticsExperience & Knowledge:Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR analytics.Experience gained within a large organization and must have a good understanding of applying a range of statistical methods.Proficient and advanced user of MS Excel and Power BI, Power Query, DAXProven expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesPossesses analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to seek and synthesize information from a variety of sources and draw solid conclusion based on in depth analysisAbility to prioritize projectsStrong interpersonal skillsSkills:Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
