Deputy Manager Human Resources (Assistant to HR Director) Czech RepublicLocation: Lovosice, Czech RepublicSalary: CZK 70,000 / 2,880 EUR gross per monthWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy HR Manager (Assistant to HR Director) to support the development and management of the HR function across a group of hotels in the Czech Republic.This role is based at the Head Office and requires a Czech-speaking candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the leadership and development of the HR function across the hotel groupManage and mentor HR team members, including HR specialists and recruitment staffSupport the implementation of the Group HR strategy in line with business objectivesOversee recruitment processes across all hotels and corporate departmentsManage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, development, succession, and offboarding)Ensure compliance with Czech labour law and employment regulations, including foreign employee administrationSupervise HR documentation, contracts, and employment recordsMonitor HR KPIs, workforce planning, headcount, turnover, and labour costsCooperate closely with Hotel Directors and senior management on HR mattersSupport annual workforce planning, salary budgeting, and organisational developmentDevelop and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the groupSupport employee engagement, leadership development, and performance initiativesIdentify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and digitalisationOversee HR systems and platforms (e.g. KOMMO, PAMICA, FINGERA, EIRA, Teamio)Prepare HR reports, analyses, and management presentationsSupport change management and organisational development projectsRepresent the company in HR-related matters with external institutions and partnersRequirementsPrevious experience in HR management or senior HR support roleStrong knowledge of Czech labour lawExperience with recruitment and HR operationsStrong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to work across multiple departments and locationsFluent Czech language required; English is an advantage
