HR Business Partner ManagerReporting to: Head of HRRole PurposeThe HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders and the Head of HR to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will oversee three Assistant Managers – HRBP and ensure effective HR support across assigned business functions.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce and people requirements.
• Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and oversight.
• Support workforce planning, manpower planning and organizational requirements.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations and HR policies.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and critical hiring requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention and workforce trends.Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify people-related issues and support decision-making.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations and performance matters, escalating where required.
• Support the Head of HR on strategic HR projects and broader people initiatives.Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience managing or supervising HR professionals, ideally within an HRBP structure.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and talent management.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
