Apply & track with Apply EdgeHuman Resources Business PartnerReports to: Senior Manager - HRJob Purpose:Work in partnership with Corporate People Team to provide HR support within the UAE and to effectively and consistently deliver people plans.Under the guidance of Corporate People Team, deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area.Administer all human resource initiatives, programs and initiatives and provide HR support to all departments & staff within the UAE.Key Accountabilities:Under the guidance of Corporate People team ensure the People operating plan is implemented within the UAE ensuring alignment with corporate policy and protocols at all times.Support staff to resolve human resource problems by providing consistent interpretation/application of HR policies and procedures across the UAEDevelop and update job descriptions for all roles in the allocated verticalsSupport the hiring managers to prepare the headcount forms to initiate the recruitment process and ensure it is in line with the approved Headcount plan.Coordinate for employee performance reviews, probationary meetings (where applicable) and regular one to one meetings take place to assist the Corporate People team to drive up standards across the businessConduct grievance investigations with line managers, recommend resolution and ensure corporate procedures are followed and documented.Discuss and determine appropriate disciplinary action in case of misconduct and under performance in line with the Bateel disciplinary policies & procedures.Conduct exit interviews, analyse and report on the exit interview analysis.Oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity.Support in preparing and monitoring headcount and personnel costs within budgetPeriodically analyse and report the HR KPIs and identify solution to improve themAudits (HRIS) system capabilities for accuracy, integrity and functionality.Escalate employee issues and engage with Corporate People Team for optimized solution.Administer all People programs to support entire employee cycle including but not limited to workforce planning, resourcing, performance management, development, reward and recognition, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, costing, organization development and effectiveness, compliance, reporting, transport, accommodation etc.Serves as the Department’s liaison of HR and management, as well as central point of contact for interdepartmental projects and communications related to HR business operations.Act as an ambassador for the People Business Partner model, actively driving up standards to highlight the benefits of the model for all staffs.Assesses HR operational needs and changes policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiencies and seamless delivery of services to all present, past and future customers of the country.Monitor and analyse overtime trends within the BU, proactively flagging concerns and recommending corrective actions to ensure compliance and cost control.Partner with the Operations team on cost optimization initiatives, providing HR data, analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.Lead workforce planning for the assigned BU, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation in line with business needs.Take full ownership and accountability for the end-to-end HR life cycle within the Business Unit managed.Lives and Advocates the Bateel Values:QualityInnovationAuthenticityIntegrityFrameworks, boundaries and decision-making authority:Understand the overall strategy and KPIs of People Department and align all operational activities towards achievement of functional goals within the UAE.Experience requirement:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar rolePlant and Food Manufacturing experienceProficiency in both verbal and written EnglishMust have valid driving licence.Qualification and Licenses requirement:Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in HR or another fieldMust have the knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Statutory compliances CIPD member preferredBehaviours:Customer FocusResult OrientationTeam WorkHonesty & IntegrityAnalytical thinkingStrong Communication skills both verbal and written*Due to the volume of applications we are receiving ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW will be contacted.
