Human Resources Business Partner

We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Second Industrial City, RiyadhWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and operational HR support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development.Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to management.Lead organizational development and change-management initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.More than 8 years of relevant HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
