About JetexJetex is a global leader in executive aviation, providing premium FBO, ground handling, trip support, fueling, and hospitality services to private and business aviation clients worldwide.With an international network and a strong focus on service excellence, Jetex combines aviation expertise with a luxury hospitality approach to deliver seamless experiences for its customers.About the RoleThe HR Business Partner will work closely with operational leaders and employees, providing hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment and who can balance employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and business partnering responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders on day-to-day HR matters and workforce requirements.Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and general HR queries.Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to support manpower requirements.Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across the operation.Support probation reviews and performance management processes.Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, promoting strong employee engagement.Support HR administration related to QIWA, GOSI, employment contracts, and employee documentation.Assist with the mobilization and onboarding of new joiners.Maintain accurate HR records, headcount tracking, and HR reports.Ensure HR practices remain aligned with Saudi Labour Law and internal company policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices in KSA.Familiarity with QIWA, GOSI, and Saudi employment processes.Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be based in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
