Team members join a global, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to collaborate on transformative sales programs for leading technology brands.Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting business leaders and employees across the local organization. The HRBP will implement and interpret HR policies, advise on employee relations, and ensure alignment with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and talent development, as well as supporting engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives. The role will also coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and HR reporting, while collaborating with global HR teams to maintain consistency in practices and compliance standards.Qualifications Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and communicating policies across business units.Strong Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and providing guidance to managers and team members.Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, particularly applicable to India, to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.Experience in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, and development planning.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to business leaders, with strong analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.Experience in a global or technology-focused organization and familiarity with change management and organizational development initiatives are beneficial.
