Mai Dubai is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and translate business priorities into a measurable people agenda.This is a strategic, business-facing role for an HR professional who brings strong FMCG experience, commercial acumen, and the confidence to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HODs and business leaders on workforce, organization, talent, performance, and employee matters.Develop and execute annual people plans aligned with business objectives.Lead workforce planning, manpower forecasting, organization design, and labour-cost optimization.Provide data-driven insights on turnover, productivity, attendance, workforce risks, and people trends.Drive talent reviews, succession planning, critical-role coverage, and leadership development.Strengthen performance management, accountability, and employee engagement.Advise on complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, restructuring, and sensitive cases.Partner with Talent Acquisition on critical hiring, selection quality, and onboarding effectiveness.Support organizational transformation, restructuring, expansion, and change initiatives.Provide concise executive updates, recommendations, and risk assessments to leadership.What We’re Looking For : 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in HRBP or senior HR advisory roles.Strong and recent FMCG experience is essential.Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, sales, distribution, food & beverage, consumer goods, or multi-site operations.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, workforce planning, organization design, talent, succession, performance management, ER, and HR analytics.Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, negotiation, and analytical skills.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel/PowerPoint is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, OD, or a related discipline.
