Human Resources Business Partner

We are hiring!Job description:We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.Provide strategic and operational HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.Advise managers on employee relations, HR policies, and workplace matters.Support learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilities.Analyze HR data and provide insights to support people-related business decisions.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee development.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR execution, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
