About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRBP to join our team at TP-Link Saudi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and a solid understanding of Saudi labor laws. This role will be pivotal in managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting company operations.What we are looking for?

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, QIWA, and other relevant regulations.Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, including performance management, employee relations, and exit procedures.Operations Support: Preferably manage company operations alongside HR responsibilities to ensure seamless business processes.What Talent Do You Bring?

Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.Experience in the IT industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, QIWA, and related legal frameworks.Experience in managing HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.Ability to handle company operations is preferable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
