Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support key people initiatives across performance management, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change.The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, helping leaders build high-performing teams while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience across the business.Job Responsibilities: Partner with retail and corporate leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiativesTranslate business priorities into people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and retentionSupport retail leadership teams while acting as a key link between field operations and head office functionsLead performance management activities, including coaching, development planning, and talent reviewsPartner with leaders on succession planning and internal talent development initiativesManage employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary processesGuide employment legislation, HR policies, and best practicesSupport leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational changeDrive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a strong company cultureCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experienceUse workforce data and insights to identify trends and provide recommendations to business leadersSupport HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the organization growsRequirements: MUST: 8+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner within retail, fashion, consumer, or multi-site environmentsMUST: Experience supporting both retail/field-based and corporate employee populationsMUST: Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment lawMUST: Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders across multiple levelsExperience leading performance management, talent development, and organizational change initiativesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business goalsExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly preferredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related disciplineWhy join our client:Join a rapidly growing fashion brand with an ambitious growth journeyPartner directly with leaders and influence key people decisionsPlay a key role in shaping and scaling modern HR practicesFast-paced, collaborative environment with significant opportunity for impact and growthReady to help shape the people experience of a fast-growing global fashion brand?
