قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجHuman Resources Compliance AnalystPosition SummaryThe Human Resources Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting and strengthening enterprise-wide HR compliance programs and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies. This role partners across HR and business functions to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while driving consistent and compliant HR practices.The analyst will play a key role in compliance audits, policy governance, reporting, training initiatives, and process improvements that enhance organizational accountability and operational excellence.This position is based in Tampa, FL and is not a remote role.What Will You Do?HR Compliance & Risk ManagementConduct internal audits and compliance reviews of HR processes, policies, and documentation to ensure alignment with applicable employment laws and company standardsIdentify compliance risks and gaps; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actionsMonitor and track compliance obligations, audit findings, and remediation efforts across HR functionsMaintain documentation and records to support audit readiness and regulatory inquiriesPolicy Governance & Program ManagementSupport the development, review, and maintenance of HR policies to ensure compliance with evolving employment law requirementsAssist in standardizing HR processes, controls, and documentation to strengthen the compliance infrastructurePartner with leadership to ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policiesTraining & AwarenessSupport the design, coordination, and tracking of compliance-related training programs (e.g., harassment prevention, code of conduct, workplace policies, employee handbook policies)Monitor training completion and partner with stakeholders to address gapsContribute to awareness initiatives that promote a culture of compliance and ethical conductData, Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor key risk indicatorsTrack trends (e.g., audit findings, training completion, policy violations) and provide insights to leadershipCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliant employment practicesSupport internal and external audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries as neededContribute to HR transformation initiatives by improving compliance-related workflows and controlsWhat Do You Need?Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to:FLSAFMLATitle VIIState and local labor lawsExperience supporting HR audits, compliance reviews, or policy governance initiatives preferredStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to interpret regulations and translate them into practical HR guidance and practicesExperience writing, reviewing, or maintaining HR policies and standard operating proceduresExperience ensuring compliance across multi-state environmentsPreferred ExperienceExperience with paid sick leave lawsExperience with HRIS platforms such as UKGExperience supporting internal or external audits (e.g., DOL, EEOC, OFCCP, OSHA)Familiarity with state-specific compliance requirements (e.g., CA, WA, IL, etc.), which is highly valued
