This role involves advising clients on HR strategy, policies, and best practices to support compliant, efficient, and inclusive workplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting HR assessments, developing and reviewing HR policies, guiding clients on labor and employment law compliance, and managing employee relations cases. The consultant will design and implement HR frameworks, support performance management and workforce planning, and provide training or workshops on HR topics. The role also includes preparing reports and recommendations, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, and staying current with regional and international HR regulations and trends.Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience advising or supporting multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and review HR Policies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace investigations.Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE and familiarity with regional or international HR regulatory frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.Strong analytical, advisory, and report-writing skills, with the ability to present clear, actionable recommendations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client organizations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
