Lead the Human Resource initiatives for the assigned region by providing end to end HR SupportIn coordination with the Recruitment Team, ensure that the location is adequately staffed within the stipulated timelines and allocated budgetSupport the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line managerLead the onboarding process for new recruits from the HR orientation stage to the completion of functional inductionEnsure that the Probationary reviews are completed within the specified guidelines. Support the Line Manager to address performance discrepancies, if anyCollaborate with the respective SBUs for driving the talent management initiatives for the business unitsResponsible for driving initiatives that will facilitate employee retentionResponsible for ensuring that the performance appraisals are conducted on time and in a qualitative manner. Ensure that the Divisional Training Needs are addressed through the corporate training calendarConduct Annual team building initiatives for greater cohesiveness and synergy within the teamConduct regular location visits to strengthen employee engagement and proactively address workplace needs.Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and supportGenerate HR specific reports in a timely and qualitative manner
