HR Development Specialist | Saudi NationalDammam, Saudi ArabiaUp to SAR 11,500/month total package🇸🇦 Saudi Nationals Only | ⚡ Immediate Joiner RequiredAre you passionate about Learning & Development and helping people reach their full potential?We are partnering with a well-established and diversified Saudi group to appoint an HR Development Specialist within its growing HR function in Dammam.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to move beyond simply coordinating training and play a hands-on role in developing employee capability, strengthening competencies and improving performance across a large operational workforce.What You'll Be DoingYou will work closely with HR and operational leaders to:Identify training and competency gaps across the workforce.Coordinate impactful training, workshops and on-the-job development programmes.Support the development of competency frameworks for operational and supervisory employees.Help employees progress through structured performance and development plans.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.Measure training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve development programmes.Contribute to wider HR development and employee engagement initiatives across different sites and departments. 02. HR Development SpecialistWho We're Looking ForYou'll ideally bring:🇸🇦 Saudi Nationality – essentialImmediate availability – essentialBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field3–5 years' experience within HR Development, Learning & Development or TrainingHands-on exposure to training needs analysis, competency development and employee developmentExperience supporting an operational, support-services or labour-intensive workforce would be highly advantageousStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skillsExposure to HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) 02.
