Human Resources Director - Based in El Paso, TX

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across manufacturing and distribution. This leader will partner with executive and operations leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth and operational objectivesLead HR across multiple locationsDrive workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and leadership developmentAdvise leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and organizational changeOversee compensation, benefits, HR systems, analytics, and HR process improvementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsPartner closely with manufacturing and operations leadership to support workforce productivity, safety, and organizational effectivenessQualifications10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleMulti-site manufacturing experience preferredStrong knowledge of labor and employment lawsExperience in CPG and manufacturingStrong business acumen, change leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on HR leader who understands complex manufacturing environments and can effectively partner with senior leadership.
