HR DirectorCompensation: $90,000 – $110,000 + bonusLocation: Wyncote, PA, PA (Hybrid: Tue–Thu On-site / Mon & Fri Remote)ResponsibilitiesDepartment Leadership & Founder PartnershipManage the entire HR function across a growing global footprint, securing a "seat at the table" to drive organizational strategy.Partner directly with the company founder and executive leadership to align talent strategy with overarching business innovation.Execute a structured succession plan, reporting to the Director of HR & Administration for the first six months before transitioning to a direct report under the founder.Maintain absolute accountability and champion high-performance culture across diverse, multi-national teams.Talent Acquisition & Brand BuildingOwn the full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to onboarding to effectively scale the organization.Build a compelling online employee brand presence to attract and secure top-tier "A" players.Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring metrics and establish clear career development pathways.Core HR Operations & ComplianceLead multi-national HR disciplines, including compensation architectures, employee relations, and global benefits administration.Oversee the performance management lifecycle, ensuring high-performance standards are met and facilitating respectful exits when necessary.Track and report on organizational trends using HRIS metrics to deliver insights directly to the executive team.Monitor and modify company policies to ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.Candidate Profile & RequirementsExperience: 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in high-performing organizations, with 4+ years already spent at a management or director level (perfect for a strong #2 ready to step up).Founder Alignment (Non-Negotiable): Direct, proven experience reporting to or working closely alongside a company owner or founder, with the confidence to challenge and advise them.Company Scale: Prior experience managing or building out an HR department within a growing, small-to-mid-sized footprint (30–100 employees).Soft Skills: An agile, adaptable professional with a start-up mindset who embraces a culture of accountability and actively seeks out problems to solve.
