Human Resources Director

An established and successful IT Solutions company is looking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR function, based in their Regional Head Office in Dubai.The company works across IT solutions, products and services, and is continuing to develop its people, organisational capabilities and regional operations.The Human Resources Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full HR function, partnering closely with the executive leadership team and business leaders to ensure the organisation has the people, structure, culture and capabilities required to achieve its growth objectives.This is a senior leadership position suited to an HR professional who combines strong strategic HR expertise with hands-on operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.Lead and manage the HR function across the organisation.Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on organisational and people-related priorities.Develop workforce planning, organisational design and talent strategies.Lead talent acquisition and recruitment, including senior and specialist technology hiring.Develop employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives.Establish and enhance performance management and career development frameworks.Lead learning and development programmes and succession planning.Ensure HR policies, processes and practices comply with employment legislation and relevant regulations.Oversee compensation, benefits and remuneration programmes.Build a high-performance culture that supports innovation, accountability and employee development.Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of HR experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.Previous experience as an HR Director, HR Vice President, CHRO or equivalent senior HR role.Strong experience working within the UAE / GCC.Experience supporting technology businesses and highly skilled technical workforces.Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR legislation.Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, organisational development, employee engagement and performance management.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.The ability to operate effectively with CEOs, executive leadership teams and senior business stakeholders.A strategic mindset combined with the ability to remain hands-on when required.If you are an experienced HR leader with a strong background in the IT sector, and are looking for a senior HR leadership opportunity with an established, industry-leading company in Dubai, then we’d like to hear from you.
