Our client, a growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping guide workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and build scalable HR practices that support long-term success.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will have significant visibility across the organization and will partner closely with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the day-to-day realities of HR operations when needed.Relocation support will be offered for the right candidate.
