Human Resources Director (EMIRATI)

We are hiring an 𝐇𝐑 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 for a senior people leadership opportunity in 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢, 𝐔𝐀𝐄 🇦🇪.This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who can shape the people agenda, strengthen organisational capability, and build practical HR solutions that support business growth, workforce effectiveness, and long term talent priorities.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Shape and lead the people agenda across the organisation, ensuring HR priorities support business growth, capability building, and long term workforce needs.-Strengthen organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, role design, succession planning, and initiatives that improve how teams are structured and deployed.-Oversee the end to end employee lifecycle, ensuring strong practices across attraction, development, performance, rewards, and retention.-Build a consistent and scalable HR operating model, improving policies, service delivery, governance, and collaboration across the wider business.-Lead major people related change initiatives, supporting leaders through organisational transformation and embedding new ways of working.-Develop a high performing HR team, strengthen internal capability, and ensure leadership has reliable people insights to support better decision making.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-12+ years of progressive HR experience.-Broad generalist HR background with strong exposure to talent, organisation effectiveness, workforce planning, rewards, performance, and HR operations.-Proven experience advising senior leadership and translating business priorities into practical people solutions.-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a recognised HR certification such as CIPD, SPHR, or equivalent.-Strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning capability.-Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong digital literacy and confidence working with HR systems and data.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This is an opportunity to influence the people agenda at a senior level, modernise HR practices, and help build the workforce, leadership capability, and organisational structures needed for future growth.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you are an experienced HR leader with a strong track record across people strategy, organisational effectiveness, talent, and transformation, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
