About the roleYou will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. You will act as an employee champion and change leader, working at the factory in Roi-EtKey responsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, and leadership developmentLead human resources and HR transformation in your location.Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management teamDevelop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organizationOversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talentLead and manage key HR functions, including performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding, HR compliance, transformation, and cultureDrive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement to strengthen individual and organizational performanceLead talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and development plans for key and high-potential employeesManage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipelines to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right timeDevelop and execute employer branding initiatives through social media, career events, university partnerships, and other recruitment channels to strengthen the company's employer brandEnsure HR policies, practices, and employee relations comply with labor laws, company policies, and internal standards, while providing HR guidance to managersAbout youBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management10+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a manufacturing business, with 5 years of managerial experienceExperience in HR transformation is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication in English skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
