قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجHR Executive – HR & PayrollLocation: Colombo (Wellawatte)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: LKR 65,000+ per month, depending on qualifications, experience and competencyShift Timing: UK Business Hours | 2:00 PM – 11:30 PMDoorstep night transport providedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and professional HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records, payroll support and HR compliance activities.The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, HR administration and payroll processes, with the ability to handle confidential employee information accurately and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesManage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, employee records and documentation.Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and employee confirmation processes.Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR-related documents.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues professionally.Monitor attendance, late check-ins, leave and absenteeism.Support performance appraisals, training and employee engagement activities.Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.Maintain practical knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and employment regulations.Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment requirements.Handle matters relating to EPF, ETF, leave entitlements, working hours, termination procedures and employee documentation.Maintain statutory records and support labour-related inspections or inquiries.Keep updated on changes to Sri Lankan employment legislation and communicate relevant updates to management.Payroll & Finance SupportAssist with monthly payroll preparation and salary processing.Calculate EPF, ETF, PAYE and other applicable payroll deductions.Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets and bank transfer schedules.Maintain accurate employee salary and payroll records.Coordinate with Finance/Accounts regarding payroll payments and statutory contributions.Assist with employee expense claims, invoices, petty cash and other basic finance activities.Reconcile payroll-related records and identify discrepancies.Maintain office petty cash records and related documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Finance or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, administration or finance.Practical knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance.Knowledge of payroll processing, EPF, ETF and PAYE.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Practical HR or Finance internship experience will be considered an advantage.Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in Sri Lankan labour law, payroll, HR administration and basic finance, and be capable of independently managing day-to-day HR and payroll responsibilities while supporting management with compliance and administrative matters.Salary: LKR 65,000+ per month, depending on qualifications, experience and competency.We encourage qualified candidates with relevant skills and experience to apply.
