YOOCHA MATCHA™ is a matcha supplier working with 500+ cafés and specialty coffee shops across the GCC. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us build strong, long-term talent across all departments.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departmentsHire talent across all levels: intern → associate → managerSource candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and social mediaScreen candidates, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managersShare and manage candidate assessmentsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future rolesWork closely with teams to understand real hiring needsRepresent the company at industry and recruitment eventsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition(F&B or hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage)Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, IndeedStrong skills in strategic sourcing and headhuntingExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong time-management and organizational abilitiesFluent in English (written and spoken)Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately(!!!) This is a full-time, office-based role.
