Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeDelivers day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, attendance and leave, employee relations, and compliance — so that HR processes run accurately and on time, employees receive timely support, and company policy and UAE labour law are applied consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of offer letters.Coordinate with Projects & Procurement and IT on workstation, access card, and other new-joiner requirements.Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, and confirm completion of the onboarding checklist.Maintain complete hiring records for every new joiner.Payroll AdministrationCollate and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data as payroll inputs each cycle.Prepare the monthly payroll sheet in Excel and the HRIS, and route it for approval on schedule.Upload WPS SIF files through the approved exchange channel and resolve rejections before payment deadlines.Maintain salary, deduction, leave, and reimbursement records, filed in hard and soft copy each cycle.Raise payroll-related requests in the ERP and coordinate with Finance on postings and payments.Coordinate with the payroll services provider on payments and employee card issues.Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily attendance records in coordination with IT and follow up on exceptions.Process leave requests in the HRIS and maintain accurate leave balances.Keep the attendance sheet current and reconciled ahead of each payroll cut-off.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date employee files, the HRIS database, and the employee master sheet.Coordinate with the PRO on visas, renewals, and labour contracts, tracking expiry dates so renewals complete before expiry.Ensure HR records and processes comply with UAE labour law and support internal and external audits.Prepare routine HR reports and administrative documentation.Employee RelationsAct as first point of contact for employee queries, resolving or escalating within agreed timelines.Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance improvement plans in line with policy.Assist in organizing engagement and team-building activities.Policy & Training SupportSupport the development, update, and communication of HR policies, and apply them consistently.Support training and development activities as directed by the HR Director.Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — Required.Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, aPHR) — Preferred.Experience3–4 years in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and employee relations — Required.UAE payroll and WPS processing experience — Required.Experience in a multi-entity or group environment — Preferred.Skills RequiredWorking knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related regulations.HRIS administration, including records, leave, and payroll modules.Payroll preparation, including WPS / SIF file processing.Advanced Excel and full MS Office proficiency.Familiarity with ERP workflows (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).Fluent English & Tagalog; Arabic is an advantage.Integrity and strict confidentiality with employee and payroll data.Clear written and verbal communication.Attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.Problem solving and sound judgement on when to escalate.Service orientation toward employees and managers.Adaptability across entities and changing priorities.Recruitment & Selection.Payroll Administration.UAE Labor Law Knowledge.Employee Relations.HRIS Management.HR Reporting & Analytics.** Please do not apply if your experience is more than 5 years.
