JOB PURPOSEHR Generalist is responsible for all employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll, training & development, benefits administration, performance & assessment, employee engagement, etc...).ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support the full HR cycle, including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management, probationary periods, employee queries, etc. Prepare and administer all employee offer letters, employment contracts and contract changes. Manage daily HR-related activities and administrative processes, providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes and good practices. Conduct payroll processing activities and liaise with Finance for payments, prepare the gross pay slips and submit to Payroll-Finance Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures Manage and coordinate activities relevant to work-related visas (labour permits, residency) for all employees Manage health and medical insurance policies Verify leave status, provide leave approval, and update system to ensure accuracy of employee records Administer all terminations – medical, death, disciplinary, resignation with end of contract compensation if relevant Prepare and release service, salary and employment certificates that are needed by employees for various purposes (e.g., house rent, telephone lines, banks and the local authorities) Prepare employee related records / reports and ensure the information available on the system is accurate at all times Prepare appointment, promotion and end of employment letters Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.Perform any other task as directed by Human Resources Manager.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR employee services HR-related certificates (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, Payroll Administrator or similar role Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors Good knowledge of labor legislation Time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESLeverages business & strategic mind-set Ensures disciplined execution Applies financial acumen Drives and delivers result Manages conflict Engages and inspires Builds partnerships & alignment Builds & develops talent Demonstrates learning agility Demonstrates situational adaptability
