LTD. manages key business processes such as payroll and benefits administration to help clients operate efficiently.Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and selection activities, and helping coordinate interviews and onboarding. The role involves supporting the creation and implementation of HR policies, assisting with payroll and benefits documentation, and helping respond to employee inquiries. The intern will also contribute to HR-related reporting, data entry, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, where the intern will work closely with HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.Qualifications Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.Review and screen CVs based on job requirements.Contact candidates and conduct initial follow-ups regarding job opportunities.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pool.Assist in building and managing a strong candidate pool for current and future vacancies.Maintain proper records of candidates, interview schedules, and recruitment status.Support the HR team in preparing recruitment-related documents and reports.Assist with other HR and administrative activities as requiredBachelor's degree running or compleleted in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.Two wheeler will be advantage.
