Human Resources Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support the AI Hub hiring initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support the recruitment of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software, and other technology professionals.This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, market mapping, recruitment analytics, and AI/technology talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.Understand hiring requirements and assist in identifying suitable candidates for AI and technology roles.Conduct candidate screening and initial resume evaluation based on defined job requirements.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Support candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and recruitment documentation.Conduct talent-market research and competitor/company mapping to identify potential candidates.Assist in creating and maintaining talent pools for critical AI and technology skill sets.Support recruitment-related MIS, dashboards, and reports.Assist in improving recruitment processes through data analysis, automation, and AI-based tools.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as required.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.Strong research and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage.Interest in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Good attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.Educational QualificationPursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, Human Resources, or a related discipline.Candidates with a background in Business, Management, Psychology, or related fields with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition may also apply.Preferred Candidate2026, or 2027 batch candidates.Candidates with prior exposure to recruitment, HR internships, LinkedIn sourcing, or technology hiring will be preferred.Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / HR.What You Will LearnEnd-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Sourcing and screening techniques.Technology and AI talent-market mapping.Stakeholder and candidate management.Recruitment analytics and MIS.Use of AI and automation in Talent Acquisition.Exposure to hiring for emerging technology skill sets.Join us to gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition while working closely with an AI-focused business and technology team.
