As part of its BPO services, the company also manages critical business processes such as payroll and benefits administration to support smooth and efficient operations.Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding documentation, updating employee files, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will contribute to payroll and employee benefits administration, prepare HR reports, and assist with organizing training, orientation, and employee engagement activities. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and close collaboration with HR team members and other departments.Qualifications Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in developing practical HR skills.Knowledge of HR Policies and basic Personnel Management concepts, including documentation and record-keeping.Awareness of Employee Benefits and payroll-related processes, or willingness to learn these areas.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HR or business software.Demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced professional setting.
