By leveraging advanced technology, MoneyDo simplifies investment processes through secure, efficient, and transparent solutions aligned with Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements.As MoneyDo continues to develop its business and operations, the Human Resources function plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth, employee experience, workforce management, and compliance with applicable employment regulations and internal policies.Position OverviewHR InternMoneyDo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the Human Resources team in Riyadh. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across various areas of Human Resources within a fast-paced fintech environment.The HR Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, employee administration, recruitment, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, and other HR-related tasks while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition· Assist with posting job vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.· Support the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates.· Review CVs and maintain candidate records.· Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.· Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.2. Employee Administration· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.· Assist with preparing HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.· Support onboarding and offboarding processes.· Ensure employee files and HR records are properly organized and maintained.· Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required.3. Attendance, Leave & Employee Records· Support the monitoring and recording of employee attendance and leave.· Assist with maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.· Follow up on missing attendance records and required documentation.· Support the HR team in preparing attendance and leave reports.4. HR Operations & Compliance· Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.· Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi labor regulations and company policies.· Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation and records.· Support HR audits, reports, and administrative requirements when needed.5. Employee Support· Assist employees with basic HR-related inquiries and requests.· Coordinate with employees regarding required HR documents and information.· Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.· Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and HR records.6. HR Reporting & Projects· Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations.· Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.· Assist with data entry, analysis, and maintaining accurate HR information.· Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR team.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.· Recent graduate or university student seeking practical HR experience.Experience· Previous internship, training, or volunteer experience in Human Resources is an advantage but not mandatory.· Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle processes.Skills and Competencies· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Good organizational and time-management skills.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.· Willingness to learn and take initiative.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.· Good command of English and Arabic.Engagement Model• Employment Type: Internship / Training• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia• Work Arrangement: On-siteCompensation & Benefits• Practical, hands-on experience across different HR functions.• Exposure to HR operations within a fintech and regulated environment.• Opportunity to work closely with an experienced HR team.• Professional development and learning opportunities.• Medical insurance and benefits, where applicable, in line with MoneyDo policies.
