You will gain hands-on experience in the Employee Relations function while developing practical skills in a professional work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring the employee file list is updated with all necessary records and pending actions are resolved.Support employee relations activities and day-to-day HR operations.Assist in organizing and maintaining both digital and physical employee records.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
