Human Resources Manager / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Klang.If you're passionate about building great teams, ensuring compliance, and creating an efficient workplace, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and all applicable labour regulations.Manage payroll administration and ensure timely, accurate compliance with statutory contributions, employer tax reporting, and regulatory submissions.Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee welfare.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Liaise with relevant government authorities on HR, employment, and statutory matters.Manage office administration, facilities, vendor relationships, company licensing, and general administrative operations.RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as MIHRM or CHRP are an added advantage.ExperienceAssistant Manager: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to work full-time in Klang, Selangor.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (commensurate with experience).Comprehensive medical insurance.Performance-based bonuses.Career development and advancement opportunities.📩 Interested?
