This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR professional to lead and strengthen our HR function while supporting a fast-paced and growing organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, driving HR initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.Position: Human Resources ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeWork Model: On site (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM)Experience10+ years of UAE HR experience2+ years in an HR leadership role managing at least 1–2 team membersExperience within manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or EOR preferredExperience supporting both corporate and operational employeesExperience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentCore ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function across the businessEnsure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulationsManage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigationsOversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding for internal staffManage employment contracts and HR documentationSupport workforce planning and organizational developmentDrive performance management and employee engagement initiativesPartner with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Talent AcquisitionOversee HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analyticsSupport compensation and benefits administrationCoordinate visa and labour-related HR processes (with PRO where applicable)Drive process improvements and HR governanceLead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellenceIf you are looking to start your career in HR Lead and enjoy working in a structured, detail-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
