Rewaq Cup is committed to international quality standards and continuous innovation in brewing techniques and presentation.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing all HR functions and supporting a positive, performance-driven work environment across Rewaq Cup locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company standards. The role will coordinate training and development initiatives, performance management cycles, and succession planning to support the growth of the workforce. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, engagement programs, and feedback channels, while maintaining accurate HR records and reporting. This role collaborates closely with operations and leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support the company’s expansion.Qualifications Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices in policy development.Skills in training coordination, talent development, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), basic data analysis, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work on-site in Jeddah, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in hospitality
