THE OPPORTUNITY The HR Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of human resources across CHM Group. This includes recruitment, payroll oversight, employee relations, performance management, training, policy development, and compliance. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with senior management and a small HR team to support business growth and our people and culture initiatives across all our divisions.
