Apply & track with Apply EdgeHR Manager – UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage the full HR function for our UAE operations. This is a stand-alone role responsible for the full employee lifecycle, local HR compliance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, visa processing and HR system development.The role will also work closely with Group HR and management to establish and improve local HR policies and processes in line with UAE regulations and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for HR operations in the UAE, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and HR administration.Develop, implement and continuously improve local HR policies, procedures and processes in compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, probation, attendance, leave, personnel records, performance review and termination processes.Lead full-cycle recruitment and support workforce planning and local talent pipeline development.Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, performance issues and other employment-related concerns.Manage and coordinate employee visas, work permits, residency and other immigration-related processes.Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits and compensation-related matters with Finance and external service providers.Build and improve the UAE HR management framework and support cross-regional HR coordination with Group headquarters.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR experience, including at least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, employment regulations and visa/immigration procedures.Solid hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and HR operations.Experience working as a stand-alone HR Manager or building HR systems and processes from the ground up is strongly preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
