Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions for the Dammam branch, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, effective HR operations, and strong people management practices. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the manufacturing sector and a strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, Saudization, and HR compliance. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can effectively support management, lead the HR team, and ensure HR strategies and processes are aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the HR team for the Dammam branch and ensure efficient delivery of all HR services.Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, government regulations, and company policies.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business requirements.Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, performance management, and employee development.Oversee HR processes related to GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other relevant government platforms.Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.Support management in addressing employee performance and workplace-related issues.Develop and implement initiatives supporting Saudization and workforce nationalization requirements.Coordinate monthly payroll activities with Finance and ensure accurate and timely processing.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personnel files, and other HR documentation.Support training, employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.Provide professional HR advice and guidance to management on employee and organizational matters.Ensure HR practices support a professional, productive, and positive working environment.Requirements:10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial company.Proven experience in a HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.Strong experience in leading and managing an HR team.Excellent knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR-related government regulations.Hands-on experience with GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government HR platforms.Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and Saudization.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.
