HR ManagerPosition Level: Managerial Employment Type: Full TimeVacancy: 1Location: KathmanduExperience: Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experienceSalary: Negotiable / As per organizational policyJob DescriptionWe are seeking a competent, dynamic, and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function of the hospital and institute.The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing the complete employee lifecycle, supporting staff development and engagement, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies. The position will work closely with hospital management, department heads, doctors, dental professionals, nursing and clinical teams, and administrative staff to build a professional, motivated, and service-oriented workforce.Key Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with the organization's objectives and applicable labor laws.Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management, employee engagement, and separation.Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for clinical, technical, administrative, and support positions.Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements, prepare job descriptions, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection and onboarding process.Develop and implement effective employee performance appraisal and evaluation systems.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee benefits, compensation, and other HR-related administrative functions.Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in a fair, professional, and confidential manner.Develop and implement employee engagement, motivation, recognition, and retention initiatives.Identify training and development needs and coordinate orientation, induction, professional development, and other staff training programs.Support the development of a positive, respectful, ethical, and patient-focused organizational culture.Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, internal policies, and other applicable statutory requirements.Coordinate with management on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.Prepare regular HR reports, including manpower status, recruitment, turnover, attendance, leave, training, performance, and other HR analytics.Establish and maintain an effective HRIS/HR database and ensure timely and accurate HR data management.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive organizational matters.Stay updated on HR best practices, employment regulations, healthcare workforce trends, and emerging HR technologies.Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the management.Job SpecificationRequired EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Master's degree or professional HR certification will be an advantage.Required ExperienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare institution, educational institution, or other service-oriented organization will be preferred.Candidates with experience managing HR functions in a multi-department organization will be given preference.𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐭:recruiter@getjobnepal.com/9802344004.
